Ishiyaku Dent Web

The University of Pennsylvania Department of Periodontics offers a one year Periodontics, Implant and Advanced Restorative Program. This program allows dentists to improve their knowledge in the field of Implant Dentistry, Advanced Prosthetic Dentistry and Periodontics. The advanced scholars attend the post graduate lectures and seminars as well as assist in advanced clinical procedures. At the end of the program, the scholars will acquire a knowledge of Advanced Surgical and Restorative Implant Dentistry, Esthetic Considerations for Implant Dentistry, Prosthetics for advanced cases in the natural dentition, Periodontal Disease and its surgical treatment options. The scholars will be exposed to research and will be given a literature review perspective. Applicants must be able to communicate in English language.
